I first consider whether the request falls within an appropriate advisory scope and whether my particular way of working is likely to be useful. From there, fit matters: the aims of the work, the kind of collaboration being sought, and whether my particular way of working is likely to be useful.
Private Advisory engagements may be individual, project-based, organizational or ongoing by private retainer. Scope, fees and practical arrangements are agreed before beginning.
If there is no immediate opening, you may be invited to join the private waitlist. It is not a numbered queue; availability is considered individually.
