Private waitlist.
VIDALA is deliberately small. When there is no immediate opening, a private waitlist allows the conversation to remain open without requiring repeated follow-up.
Availability is considered individually.
The waitlist is not a numbered queue and does not operate strictly according to the date an inquiry was received. Openings are considered individually according to the nature of the work, scheduling, professional scope and fit.
If an appropriate opening becomes available, VIDALA will contact you directly. From time to time, you may also be asked whether you would like to remain on the waitlist.
Please keep this form brief. Do not include a detailed medical, psychiatric, trauma or medication history.
Language need not necessarily be a barrier.
Michael works directly in English and French. Hebrew may also be used where appropriate, with language assistance available when greater precision is useful. For other languages, translation or interpretation assistance may be considered by prior arrangement. AI-assisted translation and interpretation have become increasingly sophisticated and accessible; where appropriate, their use is considered with attention to accuracy, privacy, confidentiality and the nature of the work.
